      Good to know

      • Right coin, right network. BTC to the Bitcoin address, ETH on the Ethereum network, SOL on Solana. Coins sent on another network (BNB Chain, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum) can't be recovered.

      • Send the full total. The network fee comes out of your side. If less arrives than the total, we'll ask you to send the difference before delivery.

      • Crypto payments are final. There are no chargebacks, so check the address and the amount before you confirm in your wallet.

      • Not sure about something? Ask in the Discord before you send. USDC or USDT, a coin that isn't listed, a big order: just ask first.
